red rock casino resort spa Las Vegas - awesome pool, cherry lounge, great mountain view rooms | |||||||

Jason's thoughts - One of the finest
examples of modern architectural beauty in a large scale seen in a long
time. Fantastic hotel service and the best barbecue I have ever had at
the Salt Lick. Red Rock Resort has an incredible pool complex with 6 pools
and 2 hot tubs surrounded with hundreds of trees, cabanas, shady umbrellas
and king bed size 24" thick cushioned outdoor sunbathing pads perfect
for snuggling. Music is piped in underwater, fountains wash over you as
you bask in the sun and rest in your cushioned lawn chair IN the water,
great food at reasonable prices with typical drinks served pool side.
Kelly and I danced for nearly two hours straight in one of the very best
clubs in town - Cherry has stunning lighting and sound with a floating
dance floor that vibrates right through your legs with pounding decibels.
Except for the 1400 square foot Mirage suite I stayed in one year the
room here at Red Rock was the finest. Kelly and I were uncrowded as we
soaked simultaneously and watched the flat screen TV mounted over the
super deep oversized tub. Request the "mountain and pool view room"
over the "strip view" and you'll want to sit in the window and
stare for hours while neglecting the 60" Plasma TV. Red Rock also
provides a free daily shuttle to and from the strip so you can shop and
site see.
Kelly's thoughts - Gorgeous. I love the modern design and colors of this casino. I can't stop looking at the chandeliers. I truly loved the mountain view from our room and wouldn't have switched to a room with a view of the Strip in a million years. Cherry was so much fun. The nightclub also has a bar outside by the Cherry pool. In the middle of the week the crowd was mostly over 30. Oh crap, that's me. Everybody was totally into dancing, too. It was a blast watching the people on the platforms dance like Elaine; but it's all about having fun.
