Kitchen countertop - sitting in place for layout: Sink cutout is marked and ready for cutting.

Sink cutout: Close-up of layout marks for sink.

Starting the cut: First I use a large hole saw to get the correct radius on the corners.

More sink prep: Then I put masking tape over the cut lines to prevent chipping of the arborite.

Layout: Then I flip it over and transfer the marks to the back. Using a sharp carbide finishing blade, I make my cuts from the back.

Finished product: Voila! There's the kitchen countertop all finished and installed.

The A/C: I set it up on sawhorses to fix it. It draws too much current and blows the breaker. I'll leave it till later.

Converter back in the cabinet: For now I'll use the old one. It works but boils the batteries. Going to swap it out later for a nice PD unit with Intelli-charge or whatever you call it.

Wiring still in progress: Still have to tidy this up and build a temporary distribution center until I replace the converter.

More wiring: Sink drain in the back, alarm wires sitting on top of it and some miscellaneous wires sitting there waiting for me to finish.

Sealing up the wheel well: Thought I may as well do my best to stop any water from entering. I used a waterproof self adhesive membrane here.

Sealing up the wheel well: Close up of the inside.

Old black water tank: You cannot see it, but the toilet flange is badly cracked, one of them about 6 inches out into the tank. I decided to scrap it.

New black water tank: The price was very reasonable. It included putting the fittings in to my specs. Kinda looks like a little coffin!

Black tank installed: It is actually further off the ground than it looks. I have the front of the trailer cranked way up due to the slope of my driveway.
